Health Psychology Centre specialises in improving psychological wellbeing and behaviour change.

Rehana is the director of Health Psychology Centre.

Rehana has worked as a Health Psychologist since qualifying in 2009. She has extensive experience of delivering therapeutic services for individuals and carers living with long-term conditions including cardiac, endocrine, respiratory illness, cancers and pain. Rehana applies health psychology models in combination with psycho-therapeutic modalities to improve long term condition management, psychological adjustment and quality of life. She is an experienced clinician with training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, compassion focused therapy and Mindfulness.

Rehana has worked within the private and public sector across various areas including long term condition management, volunteer services, training and developing and evaluating behaviour change interventions.

As well as being a qualified Psychologist Rehana is an experienced trainer and has provided extensive training, designing and evaluating programmes against quality standards.

Rehana is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which regulates and monitors the practice of Psychologists. She is a Chartered Associate member (CPsychol AFBPsS) of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Rehana is also a member of the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy).
